confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Rules and Regulations.

1. General Conditions

1.1 The Organiser may, without prior notice, change the timetable or running order; combine, divide, postpone, relocate, or cancel events;

limit, reject, transfer, or reclassify entries; replace adjudicators; and refuse admission to or remove any person from the venue.

1.2 All decisions of the adjudicators and the Organiser concerning results, eligibility, classification, scheduling, syllabus, dress code, and

interpretation of these Rules are final. No protests, appeals, or correspondence will be entertained.

2. Liability and Publicity

2.1 All persons attend and participate at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Organiser nor the venue accepts

liability for injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage connected with the Competition.

2.2 Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, insurance, visas, and other personal expenses.

2.3 By attending, each person consents to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or livestreamed. The Organiser may edit, publish, broadcast,

and use such material for publicity and promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

3. Registration, Payment, and Tickets

3.1 Entries close at 11:59 p.m. Hong Kong time on 28 November 2026. An entry is confirmed only after the Organiser receives the completed

registration, all required information and documents, and full payment.

3.2 Submission does not guarantee acceptance. The Organiser may request proof of identity, age, eligibility, or competitive status.

3.3 Competitors are responsible for all bank, transfer, currency-conversion, and payment-processing charges. Credit card payments will incur a

4% administrative surcharge.

3.4 Every competitor must purchase a HK$300 admission ticket, unless their Pro-Am package expressly includes seated admission for the

same session.

3.5 All entry fees, camp fees, tickets, packages, surcharges, and other payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where

required by law.

4. Schedule and Attendance
